What is included with my purchase?
Your purchase includes the WHOOP 4.0 device with Onyx SuperKnit band, a waterproof and wireless battery charger and charging cable, as well as a 12-month WHOOP membership and access to the WHOOP app.
Why do I need to enter a credit card to activate my membership when I've already paid?
Your purchase includes your upfront 12-month membership, you will not be charged during activation. At the end of the 12-months, you will have the opportunity to renew/extend your membership directly with WHOOP membership services.
What if my packaging looks different than the packaging in the description?
All genuine WHOOP 4.0 products come in retail-specific packaging as pictured above with the 12-month membership noted on the back of the box. If the box received is different, the inclusion of a 12-month membership with the product is not guaranteed.
I just received my WHOOP 4.0, how do I charge my WHOOP for set up?
Plug your battery pack into a power source using your WHOOP-provided USB-C cord. Your battery pack is fully charged, the LED turns green. Once the battery pack is fully charged, slide it over the WHOOP 4.0 to charge the sensor before set up.
